Gary is an "old school head-hunter" that's evolved into a digital transformation geek. He's also known as a red tape ninja - never settling and pushing everyone to get better. Gary originally found his calling in staffing during his tenure at Systems Research Inc (SRI). There he quickly became an Enterprise Relationship Manager and closed notable, million-dollar key deals leveraging SRI's suite of services. In 2010, Gary joined Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) where he rose through the organization’s ranks to head up corporate talent acquisition. Within that leadership role, his teams touched 1M+ candidates and filled 10,000+ jobs annually - sparking his curiosity of leveraging technology to solve large human capital problems. In early 2014, Gary finally decided to jump into the AI-driven SaaS world where he spent time working directly with the founding members of Shiftgig and BuiltWorlds - two high-growth tech start-ups disrupting the way companies are matched to talent. These two engagements truly created the framework for Gary's career trajectory and ultimately brought him to create Arch Advisory Group. After his time at Manpower Group, Gary ran operations for Scout Exchange. There he built a data-driven marketplace of curated suppliers leveraging proprietary machine learning principles in order to be matched to global employers. Gary influenced innovation and launched (new and existing) service offerings globally while mastering the ability to research, select, and apply emerging technologies. Gary's professional footprint has touched F500, global staffing/recruiting (including MSP, VMS, RPO), and high-growth tech startups.
